What is M.A.P. 12?
MASS ACCUMULATION PROGRAM 12 WEEKS is a program designed to put on a maximum amount of lean muscle mass on those seeking to really change their physique.
What Does it Include?
It includes 3 different training blocks that change every 4 weeks with phases that will shock the body into continual growth. This is where most people fail with their programming is by doing the same thing over and over again and not changing the stimulus for the body. It also includes the exact carbohydrates, fats and proteins you should be eating and their strategic timing for each phase. This changes as you progress and your training phase changes. It is meant to keep your body fat low while still gaining maximum muscle mass.
Is this program for girls too?
Yes! There is a specific M.A.P. 12 made for females so they can also look amazing with some great muscle tone.
Am I restricted to a specific boring diet?
Not at all! You actually get to pick what foods you would like to eat from a large list. You can have different meals everyday and never get bored of your food while still seeing great results!
Is this a cookie cutter program that everyone gets?
Not at all, there are advanced formulas that will determine specifically what your body needs nutrition wise based on your gender, age, weight, height, lifestyle and even genetics. Everyone's program is different.
Will I turn into a big bodybuilder from this?
Not at all, it is not that easy to wake up in a few weeks looking like a bodybuilder. You will make some great muscle gains though!
Who exactly is this program for?
The individual who is self motivated, has 1 year+ of experience training with weights, has basic knowledge about nutrition and is seeking guidance because they are frustrated where they currently are with their results. Working with hundreds of clients including athlete's and physique competitors, With this program you can expect to gain anywhere between 6-12 lbs. Of lean body mass.
