This extremely detailed program has different phases and it is not solely based on just killing yourself every time you are in the gym. We will begin with a week of more just basic preparation (see it as the primer) followed by a more strength based week on week 2. We continue with a strength based work with slightly more volume on week 3 but we take a slightly different approach on week 4 with some giant sets and speed work. The 2nd half of week 4 and 5 we HAMMER legs with lots of intensity, and week 6 we back off slightly to allow proper recovery. This program will truly test who you are, you have to go in the gym and give it 100%. The harder you work while following this program to a tee, the better your results.
