It includes 3 different training blocks that change every 4 weeks with phases that will shock the body into continual growth. Do I get to have cheat meals?
The program does allow for you to indulge in a meal of your choice that does not have to be tracked once a week. We also have 3 day refeeds every 4 weeks in order to optimally keep hormones up that promote fat burning and a metabolism boost!
