The transformation contest will run from January 3rd to March 28th. It is 12 intense weeks competing against dozens of people for a chance to win 8 free weeks of coaching and a $100 gift card to your favorite store.
Every entry gets a starter program with a customized meal plan, supplement plan, mindset plan and training program. You can also get this entry fee free of charge when you sign up for 12 weeks of coaching. The winner will be chosen by 5 anonymous judges who do not know any of the contestants.
