What exactly does Physique Transformation Academy do? We are an online community that helps individuals around the world get in the best shape of their life through online nutrition and training coaching. Our mission is to teach individuals that through proper nutrition, training practices and hard work they can achieve things that they could only dream of. Oftentimes individuals really want to change their lives, but they just do not have the proper guidance on how to do everything that is needed to continuously progress. Our fitness programs help individuals live a happier life, be more confident, get healthier and feel great when they crush their goals!
How do your programs work? We offer individuals customized nutrition and training programs in order for them to reach their goals. Our training programs are not for complete beginners who have never set foot in a gym, but more for individuals who have basic knowledge on exercise movement patterns and now want to take the next step in maximizing their nutrition and training programming. Our nutrition programs are totally fine for anybody ranging from an out of shape office worker who has never been in a gym to your dedicated physique competitor looking to to get into single digit bodyfat. Initially, we get you to fill out a detailed questionnaire based on your goals and current lifestyle. After 3-4 days, a nutrition program will be sent to you based on your specific needs, your favorite foods, your lifestyle and goals. From there, there are check ins 2-4 times a week with pictures in order to ensure that we are efficiently progressing and maximizing results. The nutrition and training programs will change as needed as you advance towards your goals.
Does this mean I am stuck eating the same thing everyday, what if I am a picky eater? Not at all, our programs give you many different healthy meal options in order for you to be able to vary your foods. There are certain parameters to follow each meal, but for every meal there are different choices you can pick from on a daily basis. You can have a large amount of variety by picking different meals everyday and still efficiently progress. If there are certain food options on the plan that you do not like, you do not have to have them. We understand that a way for you to succeed is to enjoy your journey!
Do you work with vegetarians or vegans? We do! Just because you do not eat meat or animal derived products does not mean you cannot get in amazing shape. We create vegeterian and vegan meal plans for those looking to transform their physique. We have had the privilege to work with dozens of vegetarians and have helped them succeed!
What if I do not know how to cook very well and I am not creative in the kitchen? Not to worry! Our clients actually will receive a healthy nutrition cookbook with a few recipes that work well with the diet they will receive! You can also ask coach Juan for advice and he would be happy to help you.
What makes Physique Transformation Academy special from a lot of the other coaching companies? There are many great coaches and personal trainers out there who help clients get in fantastic shape. The problem with many of them is that they focus a lot on getting them in the best shape possible for a certain date and that is it. Our goal is to coach you and teach you how to make better lifestyle choices in order for you to be able to not only get in shape but maintain your body transformation in the long term. Our methods are not revolutionary, they are not something that you have never heard before, but they work. When you add some accountability and consistency with hard work you will achieve greatness. We also truly care about seeing you reach your fitness goals. Although many coaches and personal trainers have the knowledge, many often do not care too much about their clients success. Coach Juan has worked with hundreds of people with many different goals and he truly cares about helping you get in the best possible shape of your life. He does this for the love of fitness!
What experience and credentials does coach Juan have? Coach Juan began his fitness career by working in the supplement industry for four years while being a strength and conditioning coach at a facility for high level athletes. Under the wing of a great strength coach in Ontario named Craig Bongelli he was able to learn an immense amount of knowledge on how to effectively train high level athletes and give them results. Juan Rojas has also been able to work for many years with the great American bodybuilding coach Skip Hill where he truly learned the science behind how seemingly minute nutrition changes can really impact your physique. Alongside training and learning from some of the fitness industries greatest names, coach Juan has been transforming peoples lives for over 7 years now. Coach Juan was also co-owner of Pure Strength Athletics for many years with the great powerlifter and coach Alex Bartlett where they worked together coaching people to get them in the best possible shape. This love for fitness led him to getting two nutrition certifications including being Precision Nutrition certified and one in exercise physiology. Currently coach Juan works with hundreds of individuals looking to get in their best shape ever, with many athletes looking to maximize their performance and with dozens of competitors looking to make a statement on stage. Coach Juan is by no means done learning, he believes that fitness and nutrition are a beautiful never ending journey that he will always be excited to learn more about.
Are the programs refundable? Unfortunately, the programs are non-refundable due to the amount of business we turn away in order to open up a spot for an individual. But they are on a month to month basis as we are so confident that you will want to continue seeing great results!
What if I have a ton of questions about my program and want answers sooner than twice a week? You will have 24 hour e-mail access to us and we will get back to your questions within 24 hours. Our mission is for you to succeed in your physique transformation and goals. The more questions you ask the better, as this means you have understood the principles more clear and will be following the plan to a much greater degree.
