In order to maximize our fitness coaching program, you must be a self motivated individual who can stay on track and prioritize your own success. If you and I are a good fit, we will work together. I will show you the proper strategies to have your body in the best shape of its life. How Does the Coaching Work? The specifics are determined depending on how long we need to work for in order to reach your goal. We are in constant communication about how your body is responding to the exercise and nutrition strategies we are imposing upon it. We have 2-4 official weekly check ins with pictures and you will have 24 hour access to me via e-mail in order to ask as many questions as you have. The training and nutrition strategies are constantly being adjusted as your body adapts to them. I am here to maximize your success. How I can help you: Through my years of working with hundreds of personal training clients and working in the trenches with my own bodybuilding journey, my experience and knowledge in the field of sports nutrition and exercise will be what you have been missing. I believe in leading by example and that is why fitness and health are what I consider to be the greatest pursuits of my life. I would never ask something of my personal training client that I have not done before or that I am not willing to do.
